SHIPPING & RETURNS

Once you place your order, we will create your custom purchase and ship to the address provided. In addition to shipping charges, there is a $1 handling charge for each order to ensure it is packaged securely and in a “just plain cute” package!  Our standard delivery methods are Priority Mail or First Class Mail.  Should you find yourself wanting your “just plain cute” package even quicker, we are happy to ship overnight for an additional fee. 

Once your shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Production Time:

All Monogram and Custom Orders: 7-10 business days to ship.  Rush orders available for special occasions. Just call us!

Returns:

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Returns are acceptable for all non-monogrammed items, within 10 days (unwashed with tags on). Shipping charges are not refundable.

Requesting Order Changes/Cancellations:

All items are made to order. No changes or cancellations can be made to custom orders. Non-custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.

Fabric Information:

We recommend machine washing in cold water, with a color guard detergent. Limited dryer time. All our items are machine washable and dryer safe but we highly recommend you hang dry fine knits and blankets.

Cutting Board Information:

Rinse briefly, then dry. Do not soak the Cutting Boards or Lazy Susan’s in water or put in the dishwasher.  Apply mineral oil as needed.
