Shipping Info

Once you place your order, we will create your custom purchase and ship to the address provided. In addition to shipping charges, there is a $1 handling charge for each order to ensure it is packaged securely and in a “just plain cute” package! Our standard delivery method is 2-Day Priority Mail. Should you find yourself wanting your "just plain cute" package even quicker, we are happy to ship overnight for an additional fee.

Production Time:
All Monogram and Custom Orders: 5-7 business days to ship Hand Knit Items require at least 14 business days to process, then ship. Rush orders available for special occasions. Just call us!

Returns:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Returns are acceptable for all non-monogrammed items, within 10 days (unwashed with tags on). Shipping charges are not refundable.

All items are made to order. No changes or cancellations can be made to custom orders. Non-custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.

Fabric Information:
We recommend machine washing in cold water, with a color guard detergent. Limited dryer time. All our items are machine washable and dryer safe but we highly recommend you hang dry fine knits and blankets.
